• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

This U13 Bronco was purchased in Roswell, NM. Roswell was home to Walker AFB, but this Bronco has an Iowa plate from 1986. I don’t have any history on the vehicle except that it was purchased as a parts Bronco for another project. I’m looking to sell or trade, all serious offers will be considered. Deluxe Marti Report, in hand, confirms that the Bronco was sold under government contract and was originally painted USAF Blue and ordered with doors. NO TITLE. I will provide “Bill of Sale”. Please feel free to contact me for any questions. eptdesertranger65@gmail.com

That's fascinating, that they would order a U13 but then add doors!

Yes, I am pretty sure that in 1967...a Roadster PLUS Doors was cheaper than a Station Wagon MINUS Top.

Some clever GSA Procurement Officer probably worked with a Ford Fleet Sales Manager and figured out how to shave off a few bucks per unit.

They were ordered with doors. Most of the Air Force ones were soft top/hard doors, while Army, Navy, and Marines were normally U15's.

All of the military rigs I have seen over the years have the fender mounted standard mirrors (roadster mirrors). So is anyone gonna buy or trade for this one and restore it?
