At the end of the ad it says this -

"$5k worth of maintenance to be completed upon purchase. (I will send pictures of PPI estimate/quote. Send a message/email.)

I'd be careful.

It's certainly not just me, but I would have been driving the heck out of it! I mean, why have it then?

Looks good but a little steep.
