It means the material is dyed before being formed into the finished product. So it's whatever color it will be without painting it. All new bronco tops are MIC black/graphite gray in appearance. It's almost textured.
I tried to find a closer picture of the roof, but I couldn't. But in person its a grayish color, not black at all. I am hoping in 23 I can get a white painted roof, I wasn't impressed with the MIC roof.

I want a white top too and a white grill. There's so much black accents though it may not look right. Interestingly, the top and grill are causing some problems. Some owners report the a whistling noise coming from the grill at higher speeds.
