My '67 Ford Bronco service manual is a bit vague on wiper information. The back of the dash shows the switch on the door side of the instrument cluster with a black and black/white feeding to the "WINDSHIELD WASHER SWITCH".

FYI, the 2-speed electric wiper didn't exist in '67. You are dealing with a retrofit. Dealing with a non-stock install, no telling what the installer decided to do.

The stock '67 wiper was vacuum operated. If you are lucky it is plumbed into the super special fuel pump that doubles as a vacuum booster for the wipers. Or someone cheaped out and put a regular fuel pump on and just ran the wipers to the manifold vacuum. In which case wiper speed is inversely proportional to engine load.

Yep, vacuum wipers each have a switch directly on the wiper unit and the dash bezel was only for a squirter button for washer fluid.

Stock 68 washer switch location and schematic.
Wipers are vacuum powered. Hate uphill freeway in wet snow, even with vacuum booster fuel pump.
