End of day three. Team Buckineer is doing great. This, from what I can see from the live feed and the results from Norra's site.

Hey Randy,

We rocked! 2nd place!

Pretty cool!

I happened to have the live coverage on yesterday afternoon.... it was pretty neat to see you being interviewed up at the end of the race. (Pretty cool to see Andrew and Todd, too.)

Think Mark will just hang out in Baja for a few weeks, or is he missing home?

Glad to know you guys did well, and enjoyed yourselves.

Take Care,

Jeff

I pulled in the driveway at 1045 last night after leaving Ensanada that morning and dropping my codogs Todd and Jeff off in Pomona. Long drive Norte. Had a great time, so happy to see Randy get a trophy. Got to codrive one leg which got diverted due to the Herbst BBQ. It is indeed some rough country out there but they are roads the locals use every day. I'm hoping Randy will post up some video in the next day or two. The Bronco ran great, minimal problems, just a couple of tire changes and a failed brake line fitting. Randy is an excellent driver and a real gentleman. Pulled several racers out of rock piles, bushes and sand. What an experience. Mark

I just pulled in to the homestead.
Wow! What a great experience with an awesome bunch of guys. I don't thing I've ever heard a co-driver having more fun, Mark! You absolutely nailed it. It was an experience I'll never forget.
More to come :)

was awesome seeing Mark and Randy at the party! And of course George and all. Great finish from all the EBs this year I think?

We had fun for sure. I wish they'd started us Pioneer 4x4s somewhere before DEAD LAST, because we for sure aren't the slowest out there. Was a chore starting late and having to pass a bunch as we went.... Other than that I have little to gripe about. 4 finishes for 4 starts and Kaysinger Racing/BajaBroncos are happy. 4 trophys too....

My impression was NORRA was much more organized this year. Still need to make sure there's food for the late finishers. And congrats to Andrew and Kasinger Racing. Four starts and four finishes with trophies is a real accomplishment. Just making the drive from NorCal and back is a danged accomplishment!

I'm collecting pix from our crew to make a vid that I'll share when it's done. I got some great GoPro dash video.

Here's some from my phone and a couple I found on the web..

Bukin,

Have you figured out what your average speed and fuel consumption was?
