That should work and be fine for the front, as we don't normally run in 4 wheel drive all the time and broncos are not known for being all that quiet.

Ya, I am not concerned about gear noise for the front but just want to be sure the ring gear and pinion will work with my current carrier.

Those don't look like the "thick" gears you need. The thick gears should have a T at the end of the model number.

Yup, you guys are correct. I called them and they are not the thick cut without the 'T'.
