PA 67 rusted, good frame, 6 cyl engine runs 44K

I got a 67 one that runs, only good parts on body
are: Dash: Windows, wheels, Misc stuff, Has seats but rough. heater.
Top good, some easy rust on rail inside, have extra glass for windshield
Frame Rust but OK
Running Gear seems OK
Engine, 6 cyl 170, put a starter in, it, cleaned carb and started right up using a plastic gas container. ran for one min, sounded good no smoke. Previous owner had tuirned it over each year with oil in cylinders. Frame is rusted but good except for the rear shackles, but not Rusted through but close.
Will need entire body, take down to the frame.Has a spare
