Hey Everyone!
Well I started on this forum back in February of 2017 with a 62 4X4 Chevy Suburban. With help and direction from so many including JGO (James Goguen) I was able to sell the Suburban to a fellow forum member (Dough Boykin) and grab a 72 Explorer Sport from BajaFresh75 (Chris) that was going to be rebuilt by Mark Atherton. I am including the link below to that initial thread for your viewing pleasure.

After the 72 was picked up in Tennessee and shipped to Mark it sat for a while. Mark was extremely busy and although we could not come together on the build he worked with me diligently to either sell it or get it to the next builder. By April 2018 my bronco was on another trailer and being shipped to Mississippi to be built by James Steed. If you do some searching through the forum you will find him popping up every once in a while with nothing but positive comments. He is a full time fire fighter who owns his own shop that works on collisions but specializes in classics, mainly broncos but even has a full Eleanor build in the shop alongside the bronco builds.
I could not be more satisfied with how the build has gone. James and I worked on a very specific build that was well laid out, extremely comprehensive with no corners cut.
Here is a breakdown of what we are working towards...

I never had any fear that James was going where we were not planning on going together or cut any corners. We have shared multiple calls, FaceTime, photos and text over the last 22 months. James was super patient with me especially when it took me almost 2 months to decide between Grabber Blue and Bahama Blue. He even sent me multiple color samples and had me speak directly with other paint specialist until I made my final decision. We are literally in the home stretch and I have my flight secured to go out and see the bronco with my cousin on March 11th before we ship it home. I will start following this up with a ton of photos.
Really hoping to have the bronco with me for the Wild Horses Roundup on April 20th. https://www.wildhorses4x4.com/wh_event_reg
Enjoy the pictures!
