Taking my 77 apart, my tanks are poly, should I keep them ? Don't see too many different fuel tank choices for a 77. I do want to keep the aux tank .
TIA for any info

Any of the larger capacity tanks will fit. Are you looking for more capacity? If not keep the factory tank.

The 77 poly tank I believe has the most capacity.
I have a 77 and the only reason I changed it was that I went with fuel injection
I would have kept if stock both of mine were fine with out cracks

I don't take mine on long trips anymore and the 14 Gallon 77 Rear tank is plenty. With todays low quality fuel I don't want a large capacity tank with a lot of fuel sitting for awhile.

As long as the tank itself is in good shape, and clean, no need to replace it.
