I'm in the middle of a 351W swap but I keep my eyes open for future projects.

I came across a 95 F250 351W 4x4 short wheel base 5 speed and want to know if it's the perfect ZF donor?

What all parts can I use off the truck in the ZF swap. Any value in the T-case? The 351W I could sell as it's a running truck. Hoping it's a mass air truck but prob not. Value in the front or rear diff?

That sounds like a good zf donor. The rear end is a 10.25 sterling, they don't seem to be worth a whole lot, at least where I live. The front is a ttb d44 or d50,I'm not sure, either way no one seems to want those. Add you probably already know the motor should be roller or "roller ready" so there is some value there. It the truck is a great deal I'd probably go for it.

The 97 351 I got from an F350 was speed density Hank, so it looks like you are correct.

You'll need the master cylinder might be able to use the master cylinder line as well. the flywheel can be used if you need one. Just need to remember that its a 95 F250 and not a bronco one as most clutch sets usually wont interchange directly between the late model and early models. Wont hurt to have the engine plate and starter as well not much else needed for the swap. The tcase can be worth something to the guy that needs it but that may take awhile to sell. 95 5.8 Id probably hold on to it. Roller block. Axles again no big value there.

Short wheel base F-250?

They put short beds behind extended cabs but those are long wheel base.

The listing has been pulled so it either sold or else......

Thanks for the info. The search will go on.
