I don't know if it's the same in the 4-door, but on my 2-door If you want to use the rear aux wire harness, which is "E" in the manual, It is unlike the one that goes to the grille, the grille wire starts at the fuse block, so you can tap into whichever AUX switch you want, and the other end terminates at the grille. Very easy.
BUT
The one pre-wired line that goes to the right rear of the truck is a different issue altogether.
The white/orange line to the rear STARTS from under the glovebox door and only goes to the "B" pillar of the passenger door.
Don't look for it at the rear quarter, you need to pull the whole side panel and string your own wire to the tailgate area.
And then you have to punch through the fire wall so you can connect the front-end of the white/orange wire (glove box) to the fuse block area (to tap into and AUX live wire).
