Ask and you shall receive. I built it for a different project, but sold the car to a guy who planned to install an electric drivetrain. I kept the SHO engine, decided to make it a man cave coffee table. I wouldn't consider putting into a Bronco, it just doesn't have the torque curve for a 4x4.

The photo of it and the supercharged LS in the engine bay were taken just for fun, right after my new all steel Bronco body arrived. I had everything there, so it was easy to move things into position for some "what if" photos.

The forged, stroked, bored, supercharged, and intercooled 408 LS is going into my '01 GMC Sierra C3 (a Denali before they were called Denalis). The SHO is currently shop art, but it's for sale if anyone just has to have it. You may recognize the feet of the fabricated engine stand, they are actually overload leafs from my '71 Bronco original rear leaf spring pack.

Is it true that YAMAHA built the SHO?
Yamaha did the engineering on the DOHC cylinder heads and dual-stage (long runners for more torque at low rpm, short runners for high rpm) intake manifold, the short block is a slightly modified 3.0L Ford cast iron V6. They were rated at 220 hp, not that impressive now, but 30 - something years ago they were factory hot rods.

I had the pleasure of putting a couple of clutches in them. If I remember right it paid like 30 hours, it was a special kind of torture lol.
