Best electric fuel pump for carbureted set up?

I have doubts about the electric pump I have been running so I am going to swap it out for some peace of mind. What are a couple of options out there. I am old school 4-barrell on a 351 running highway only these days. Regarding my concerns on my current one, I can actually hear it running over the idling engine. Should it shut off once pressure is built up with key on and engine not running?
Thanks for your input.

I run a Carter P4070. I can't hear it above my exhaust, but my exhaust is not very quiet. It does not shut off after building pressure. I have been running it for 5 years with no problems. I have Q jet on a mild built 351W.

Carter P4070. Quiet, good flow, run forever. They were even a factory installed pump in a few vehicles over the years. Self regulating. They just work. Fairly low amp draw as well.

Holley Red has been great, but I would consider it to be pretty loud in comparison to others.

Thanks, gentlemen. It sounds like I will be getting the Carter P4070.
