Looking for a good body/paint shop in central or southern CA.

My ‘68 needs finish body and paint.

How far south? Beach City Broncos is down in the San Diego area. The owner Mark Atherton is a regular here on the board.

Thanks for the reply. I’d travel to San Diego for the right shop. I’d also go to northern CA for that matter too.

I’m looking for a good quality shop that won’t rip me off. I don’t need best in show quality, but will take it to local events. I haven’t found one yet locally in the Santa Maria area and thought maybe someone on here would have a good reference.

Any help is appreciated.

Saw your post and wanted to see if you have inquired about the body work and paint yet? I've inherited a 72 Bronco which needs total tear down and repainting. I was quoted a figure that sorta blew my socks off and wondered if you have been given an estimate on your work? Thanks in advance. Senior One.

I received four quotes ranging from $8,500 to $25,000. I have one more shop to ask.

I did not inquire at Beach City Broncos.
