Sounds a little like "Hoarders, Buried Alive: Early Bronco Edition". ;D

Also sounds like he's slow to let go of those thing (i.e. High prices and took two years of begging to get him to sell one).... Just sayin'

No, his prices are right on par with vendors for used stuff. I also know of people in the EB community who get their parts from him and turn around and mark them up to sell to the general public. As for my pestering him, I was 20 years old and didn't have the money to buy it for almost 2 years. He held it for me and wouldn't sell it to anyone else because he knew I wanted it.

I stand corrected, sounds like a really nice guy. We need more people like him supporting our needs!

He has one helluva sweetheart body that I'd shoot anyone you told me to in order to get it.[/QUOTE]

It's probably the same one I offered to buy. He said he was keeping it to restore himself. He really is a great guy. Helped me rebuild my steering column on the tailgate of another Bronco. I spent at least three hours walking around, looking through each rig one day. Really cool place!

It's in Colorado Springs, CO and the guy's name is Don. He only opens on Saturdays unless he knows you. He knows exactly what he has and used to charge a little high for some stuff. Great guy though! The lot is tucked away on the road (East Las Vegas St.) by the El Paso County Jail. It's actually on East Hugo Street, behind A-J Salvage, which is off of East Las Vegas Street.

And his phone numbers from a business card he gave me years ago are:

719-634-4252
719-650-3252

Kermitsplace101@aol.com was his email at the time.
