This looks like a 4x4x2 box to me? But just wanted to check. Also if it is what parts do I need to flip the pitman arm around? And where would I get them? Thanks!

You have to swap the input shaft worm gear assembly. BC Broncos use to have an instruction sheet and there are several old posts on this site

Does it steer properly now? If so it's just a full-size seventies vintage gearbox. If it steers correctly with the pitman facing front like that, then it's not actually a "4x4x2" box and would have to be converted to one, like Rustytruck said.
The way it's mounted looks like reversing the pitman arm might get you into some interference issues with the linkage.

Did you buy the truck this way just recently? Or have you been driving it for awhile already?

It is immobile, bought it like this. But if it can be converted to work properly I’d like to do that as I’ll be running one ton axles.

I got my box from an 87 Bronco to convert it. 50 bucks at the junk yard. I believe the site has a list of the boxes that are needed for the parts. Not a bad job swapping in the parts and was well worth it. Steers super nice.

1980-1996/7 F150, 250, 350, Bronco, Bronco II, Ranger (forgot what year they changed away from this style steering box), same for the Mazda B-series trucks based on the Ranger platform.

There are a few million of them out there to find one.
