the disctributor wiring harness broke. Ford wants 80 bucks just for the wire part of it. There has got to be a brand new distributor aftermarket out there that isn't much more. Any of you guys running after market dist? and how much was it? What's my best bet?

The wire from the dist to the wires that go to the barin box? I mean the ones that come out of the dist. If so those come new when you get a rebuilt. I think i spent 40 bucks for mine. If its the wire that go to the brain box and not out of. A local yard should have what you need. I'll be @ SOB for the weekend, so I'll check back on monday.
laters
Bones
