Installing a set of bumpers on my new 74'. Does this look right or upside down ?

I would say yes, otherwise the ends would angle out at the bottom. The way you have them follows the fender line. Nice truck.

Looks like it would fit either way. Flip it over and see if you like better! Are there any light tabs on it? I would want them on top.

No tabs. This seems right, I guess I was just checking before I drilled and bolted it on.
