Engine Block Identification

Hello....I have a 1976 Sport Bronco that came with little info on history. Truck has a 302 and I'm trying to determine if the engine is original (seems to be). There are numbers cast onto the engine under the starter, possibly:

CAM-6015-8(or could be a B). Second number underneath the first; 9-69(or 29).

Can't make them out well.......Any help on identifying any specifics on this engine would be greatly appreciated. I was told that there is no way to cross ref. the casting numbers to Ford part numbers because they are foundry marks.

CAM could be C8M which may make it a 68 block.

Not sure when each series of blocks started but a 76 would be D6x-xxxx.

Thx, more mystery, from what I learned of the trucks history didn't hear of an engine swap, but who knows? Appreciate the insight.....
