Explorer Front Serp Upper hose

I know everyone either uses the ranger or mustang upper hose for this setup which the hose rests on the alternator. I decided to make my own out of aluminum. What do you guys all think? Heres a Link to the photos.

That's perfect. I did mind with a solid section but longer hoses on either end. Also installed burp vent to make filling easier.

I can make more. I can do both aluminum and stainless steel.

looks good as long as there is enough flex in the silicone coupling joints

I run the 69 GTO upper with stock style radiator. Have to trim a little but works well.

So far with my testing there is enough flex with the couplings.
