Nice job looks really functional! I guess that you are welding the whole bumper? Any D rings or other tow points? Auxiliary lighting? I guess that if someone were fabbing up themselves they could add just as easy!

Seems like a good opportunity to write up a tech article with your specs, given how many people are interested. Nice work!

thanks guys, i appreciate it. ya i am using 1" stock for my tow points. ya apparently i need to get my ass going on the measurements! lol soon! going to get my 302 tomorrow so after that i should have time to do it. i have all the measurements but to get the radius just right, thats gonna be tough. but i will get them. i will build another one out of cardboard just using the measurements so i know it will be right before i post up the measurements.

also, i do plan on just welding the whole thing up. unless i can find a shop that can bend up some of the pieces. that would save a ton of time!

Looks good ...But one question are the tips heavy enough to not bent up on rocks.. OR is it on a show type rig. Show rig just fiberglass over it and paint it.. I'd like the plans also..

wow it does look alot like a logans bumper. i knew it looked like some bumpers that ive seen before. PAPITT, i think that when boxed in on the ends, it should hold up pretty well. i am trying to figure out how to print out the design so i can just post up the measurements on this thread.

Looks great. If you want, you can send me measurements etc., I can draw them up in cad as shop drawings and repost as jpegs so everyone can download and print....

Shoot me a PM if interested in this route.
