So while trying to install some old windshield knobs on my '66, I found out that the nut is missing on the passenger side. Is there any good way to replace them or is it a new windshield?

Can you or a buddy weld. Cut out 2x2 section. Weld a nut in place and weld section back in. It will also let you see how much rust is in that section of the windshield frame.

I actually cut the damaged section out, welded a new nut to the patch and welded the patch in. Worked out pretty good.
