Green plastic discs for turn signals

Does anyone reproduce, or is there a macgyver replacement for the little green discs that go on the turn signal lights in the dash bezel?

I just took a 1967 bezel apart, and I only have the red one for the hi-beams. Looks like the green ones were there at one point.
