Can anyone advise me on how to fix my horn ring? Is it garbage now, or can it be fixed? Epoxy? Welding? Soldering? Are there service out there who can repair it? Any ideas would be helpful.

Much appreciated.

That looks pretty banged up----remember a post from tabyears called horn ring options last year

What about posting a wanted ad in the Parts Wanted Section?? You'd be surprised at how quick someone will help you out--Good luck!

If your Bronco doesn't have a relay in the horn circuit add one. Use the existing horn wiring to activate the coil on the relay. Run fused 12v wire from the battery to the relay switching terminals and then to the horns. When the contacts in the horn button get gummed up pushing on the horn ring harder doesn't do anything except crack the arms on the ring. Horn still won't honk all the time unless you clean the contacts under the horn button.

The later Broncos have relays for at least one reason.
