I'm thinking it is time to rebuild my T-Case on-line from the bronco parts houses it is about 400-500 to get a rebuilt one plus core charge my question is how much have some of you paid to have yours rebuilt locally?
That really depends on what T-case you getting done. Chain driven or gear. Most of the places I know of charge about $400. What kind of warantee are you getting on the one from the Bronco Parts House? That can mean alot when cost is figured.
I paid $130-$140 for a Master rebuild kit, including all gaskets, seals, bearings, etc. I got quotes from local rebuilders for labor from $300 to $350.
I rebuilt it myself... ;D It really wasn't too hard. I don't have a press, so I had to take a couple shafts to a shop to have bearings pressed off and on. There is an excellent copy of the D20 service manual in the Over 600 Bronco Links to the left!
