Inside chassis cleaning

What do you guys use to clean and coat the inside of your frame? I was thinking of using a chimney brush and hose then either spraying a POR type coating or finding a way to get some kind of rust inhibitor inside. Any suggestions?

Check out Eastwood.com they have a internal frame coating with a conical spray nozzle for the inside of the frame,it's only like 20$ :cool:

I used pressure washer liberally and then the Eastwood internal frame coating.
