Left A pillar sensor hole

I have the left (driver) A pillar sensor hole in my 73 EB. Have it covered with flashing but I see North East Classics sells a nice stainless cover. I noticed it said for 71 & 72 only plus any aftermarket A pillars. Is this correct?? Does this mean my 73 has had it’s A pillar replaced. Any help is appreciated.

74 has it with rubber plug in place
