I have a '75 and I think I have the medium duty rear end. Where can i find this axle gasket? I went to Autozone and both gaskets they have listed aren't the right ones

thanks

Just pull on and they can cross the number stamped on the old one. Or take good measurements and they can get one that way. Federal Mogul make a lot of odd size seals. My dana 30 has wider shafts by the previous owner. ended up to be an 1/8 faater shaft.
That part number is 40652S. ( just had it out today) NAPA is real good on seals.

I'm talking about the gasket not the seal. 40652S is this the # for the seal?

thanks

so i don't really need to use the gasket i can just use some rtv sealant
That's what I did. No leaks. Put it on about a 1/16 thick. Let it set up a half hour and put the 3rd member in.
