I do not think this will fit a 31” tire because that was not the original stock tire size.

i have my factory tire cover, just like this one, unfortunately it will not fit on a 31" tire

Yeah i think getting a stock 235 tire would be ideal for it to fit and probably a little less weight on the tire carrier
