If you are considering Tuffy, here are some pictures of a project that I just completed. I purchased all of my tuffy parts from Windrock. Windrock might not be the cheapest guy in town, but they were very friendly to me, provided fast shipping and great service. 7 pics total

Tuf.023-01 This is a 6.5” wide console, narrower than the ones normally sold for broncos. I needed this narrower one to fit between my seats. It’s a tight squeeze. I’ve got sliders on my seats, so I positioned my seats slightly inboard to clear my middle cage hoop.

Tuf.023-01 again. I fabricated the fire extinguisher mount from a rubber hood tie down, a trailer axle hood perch, and some other misc hardware and steel. It limits the opening of my console lid to 90° but then again, so do my seats.

Tuf.031.01 Wheel Well with Tuf.034.01 Drink Holder. Great fit. I modified the lids to be bifolding so that they clear my cage, and I added arm rests and drink holders.

Tuf .039-01 Storage Trunk. Kinda small but matches the angle of my rear beard seat perfectly. I fabricated the seat and storage cradle of my cage with this box in mind.

Also, for $24.99, I have one key to rule them all.

You need to tell us more about that back seat and the seatbelts. ;D

Seat is a Beard SuperBench - BH, w/ head rests, 39" wide, Sport Pleat, Back-Flint, Arm-Flint, Center Black, w/sliders (sliders that are normally used with front seats, -I added a longer cross rod, on a homemade removable seat cradle, cradle secured with 11/16?? (cant remember anymore) grade 8 bolts. The seat belts are also attached to the cradle and are removed when removing the seat. The seat belts are Corbeau Black 3 point Retractable Snap from Jeffs. The rear cage cross bar is removable.

One problem I have with these belts is that the return spring is weak. The belts get caught up in the slots. I need to find/fab a shoe horn of sorts to open the slots.

I thought that was a Beard but wanted to make sure. Im looking into them and I want the head rests and 3 points to match my front set up but havent seen anyway to do it until this. Besides the weak retract do you like it?

The shoulder straps stay attached, only the lap belt comes apart, so they are a pita to get in and out of. If you don't need this feature, you might consider something that comes apart, someting like the Crow Belts.

Looks terrific!

I have a couple different Tuffy accessories. Here is a pic of my 10.5" center console and front speaker box:

FrontSpeaker.jpg

I also installed some rear speaker boxes on the wheel wells:

And my rear storage box. It's small but it comes in handy.

I also have a tuffy glove box that I have yet to install.

I'll third that request. You did a great job on the tube work for the cage. It really does seem very well thought-out, as I'm sure the rest of the truck is.
