Probably a dumb plumbing question

At the Earls store they had two sizes of reusable fittings and hose but still -6 fittings on the ends thus the limiting factor in flow. Should I use the larger fittings with the larger ID hose for the pressure side or should I limit back pressure and use them on the return side? Does it even matter? I'm running hydroboost and a ram assist if that factors in.
Thanks,
Jon

I would use the more common 5/16” size fittings and hoses. I don’t think you’re gonna tell any difference with 11/32”. Other than it’s harder to find. 5/16” hose is standard truck air-brake hose.
