Hi,

I have been holding onto a rebuilt C4 that I purchased a little over 2 years ago.

I was told that the C4 was rebuilt by a reputable shop in the Northwest. I purchased the transmission from a KOH participant on Pirate.

I intended on installing the C4 to replace either the T18 or the NP435; but, I am pretty happy with the manual transmissions. I would like to get out what I paid in.

The sale includes the C4 to Dana 20 adapter shown.

I have been asked about the stall specs for the torque converter. I don't know any details.

Pics are attached.

For an additional $100 I will include the manual to auto conversion kit that I purchased with the transmission. It does not include the steering column. I can provide a more detailed list if you are interested. (A parts list is shown in one of the pics.)

I have had pretty good luck shipping by Fastenal. I would be willing to get a quote for the transmission.

Thanks for looking.

Jeff

Hi,

Jeff, do you have any idea what the freight would be to a business address in a 75762 Zip code?

I won't be able to get a quote from Fastenal until Monday as they won't be open until then.

I can tell you that I shipped a Dana 44 fully dressed with radius arms (removed for shipment) that went to Memphis. It actually ended up in Dallas for a day or two. I'd like to think that since it went that far it wouldn't be much more to ship something lighter through the same hub. Sometimes things like that don't make much sense. The cost of the shipment to Memphis was $100.

If you like I'll get a quote from them. Just an educated guess; but, I'd think somewhere between $100 and $150 based on the pricing they have quoted for other large parts. (We shipped a complete frame from Indy to New Port Richey, Florida for $380 by Fastenal.)

Have a great weekend.

Jeff

Hi,

Hey Jeff, were you able to get a shipping quote to 75762?

My apologies. I was waiting to hear back from you to see if the shipping price is in the ballpark.

I have contacted Fastenal. As soon as I hear back from them I'll let you know.

I hope it's not a problem; but, if things would work out, you would need to pick the transmission up from Fastenal's closest store. (It's possible they could deliver; but, it might be more costly.)

Thanks,

Jeff

Hey Jeff, not a problem at all. Fastenal delivers to our shop all the time filling our bolt bins, so maybe they can deliver it. If not, I can drop by there.
Thanks for your help,
Danny

Fastenal's price from Indy to Tyler for the C4 is $145.

I'd be happy to answer any other questions you might have.

Thanks for your interest.

Jeff
