RJM harness advice, can I use EGR?

Been reading various documents and if possible I would like to use the EGR system if possible. It seems like it would run more efficiently if using EGR than not.
I am not using the air pump, but also don't have Cat's.
Is there a way to connect the EGR system to the RJM harness or any other way to integrate EGR?

Just a matter of adding the right wires to the ECM connector and the hardware for the EGR.

I've got the hardware for the EGR, just need to figure out the electronics.
