This is an OEM wheel in very good condition with the horn ring. I will not separate the wheel and horn. I honestly have no idea what its worth I just decided to not use it on my 74 and went with an aftermarket wheel. It seams like all the OEM wheels are cracked up and missing the horn and a new one from Toms is 325. There are no cracks in this and minimal pitting on the horn ring. I did not even clean it up yet as I want the buyer to see true condition. Is $250 worth it or am I smoking crack? I rarely check this as I travel for work. If you want detailed pictures text or call is best and I can chat. I live in Loomis just north of Sacramento. I still haven't figured out how to post pictures on here ...:geek:

Your wheel is a “one year only” version, having a single horn contact. Definitely more valuable to someone looking to replace a cracked or aftermarket wheel on that year. It would also work for a 75 and up who prefers the earlier style wheel. Pre-74 wheels have two contacts for the horn.

Here’s the pics of Jake’s steering wheel and horn ring. It has the two horn contacts, so will fit 1973s and earlier.

LUBr-Is it possible to install a 66-73 OEM wheel on a 74 column? I understand the horn button piece but from a signal cancelling/mounting standpoint will it work? TIA

It will bolt on - but probably better in the long run to have the correct wheel. They are out there. Cancelling cams look to be the same.

When I was talking to Tom’s Bronco Parts at SuperCel about their new smaller diameter stock looking wheel they told me they had an adapter so it would work properly on a 74.

Attached are a couple pics of the two styles side by side. Earlier wheel on the left, 74 on the right.
