Strange Vibration When Driving

I have a 3.5" suspension lift, 1 inch body lift and 35x12.5xR17 Goodyear MTRs. When I get up to a speed around 45-50mph and beyond, I start hearing/feeling a strange vibration. It's not a constant vibration, but more like it'll vibrate 1-2 seconds, brief pause, vibrate 1-2 seconds, brief pause, and so on with that type of pattern. When I had 33" BFG Mud Terrains on (which was about 2 or so months ago) I didn't hear or feel the vibration even at 55 - 60mph. Wondering if the vibration I'm hearing now might be coming from the driveshaft(s).

Could absolutely be. Could also be tires of course, but the drive shafts are the first thing I would look at.
And are you absolutely certain that the hubs are unlocked and that your transfer case is not in four wheel high?

How old are the u-joints and when was the last time you livercated them?
How is the rear pinion angle, and was it corrected for the lift?
Have you ever greased the centering ball in the double cardan end of the rear shaft.? That’s a common source of odd ball vibrations.

My strange vibration was a missing drive shaft weight and suspect U joint.

The u joint felt good till I dropped the drive shaft.

My Mach 1 had a pulsing vibration and it ended up being the trans mount.

Hi, since you didn't have the vibration before the new tires, the first thing I would do is to lower the air pressure and next is rotate the tires. Good luck
