Very cool logo. Instead of spelling it out, maybe separate the letters w/ periods or dashes (B.O.N.E.S.) or (B-O-N-E-S).

The only suggestion I would make is putting a Bronco on it somewhere, anywhere. The logo is very cool, but adding a Bronco would just make the whole thing even cooler.
