trac loc clutches?

has anyone ever changed their own. I have to axle work on both ends and my clutches are almost 30 years old would like to change them i know where to get them but how hard to change. shoud I just take them to my local axle/trans shop or not that hard to do? need special tools? thanks in advance.

Front or rear? I did my own on both, but the rear requires you to reset up the rear.
