Thanks for the prod broncobsession. I've been working on the Bronco lately, but slower than I'd like. I finished up wrapping the center console and making a leather cover for the arm rest. A few Youtube videos and a little practice with the sewing machine I gave it a go. Turned out ok for what I'm doing.

Currently I'm working on interior panels and soon a headliner panel. Nothing off the shelf works around the half cab roll cage so I'm using ABS plastic that I plan to wrap. I still have a good bit to go but am pleased with first pieces.

Also added some trim to the dash from a Wild Horses giveaway that I won (thanks Wild Horses!).

For the hood I ended up buying a highlander fiberglass from Wild Horses to clear the intake and alternator. First few pics are of the hood set on without mounting. After mounting it was clear my front end was shifted slightly to the passenger side, but I couldn't pull things far enough back to driver side so I went to modifying fender, grille and hood. Again, still work to go here but getting closer to things lining up.

I got the cage, rear bumper spacers, bed braces and seat platform powder coated in black textured.

And then with hood bracing had to ditch the original air filter/computer cover, so build a replacement computer cover.

And bought and mounted a bottle jack from late model F250 to carry under the hood.

On the F250, making some progress but will pick up more soon. Late last year stripped all we could getting ready to remove body. Also put some Rust Bullet on the floor surface rust. Driver floor pan will have to be replaced due to a windshield leak.

Picked up some new rollers, 16" Weld Super Singles, that could become full time wheels, or I have a set of 16x7 OEM steel wheels and the original hubcaps that I picked up a set of lightly used 255/85/16 BFG KM3 for. Will see where trucks line up and then decide on what looks best.

And for the F250, bought all the affordable NOS parts I could find (handles, lights, trim, etc.), Speed Hut gauges, a lot of Dennis Carpenter parts, Ididit tilt column, body wire harness, lots of other wire, shocks, ball joints, exhaust, gooseneck hitch, etc., etc., etc.

First batch of Bronco parts are in epoxy primer. Using Southern Polyurethanes Inc primers and eventually their single stage white paint.

F250 is moving along too. Had the NV5600 rebuilt and the motor is currently out getting some attention.

Man you have come leaps and bounds since I was over checking it all out. The Half Cab is coming out sweet.

Are you looking to head up to Hidden Valley for the LEBC 'Fall at the Falls'?

Lookin' way good!! I'm glad you're making progress!

Thanks! Definitely a learning process.

Fingers crossed to get the motor back next week and progress will really begin to get moving;D

Can't wait!

Yeah, don't recall exactly when you stopped by but figured it was time to quit putting it off and to try to get it finished up. Not heading to the LEBC event, hopefully next year when I have a Bronco to go in.

Man with these crazy times it's probably been year since I was up that way. Bronco is looking great.

Jmjuhl up in Cypress is working through the should he dip and repair for his build, or just sell the tub and purchase a new body. I told him to check out this build on your tub and the work it took to get it back together.

Yesterday I sprayed sealer coat and then single stage white on tailgate, dash and bolt on rocker replacement pieces. Came out about as expected. Hopefully wet sanding and buff cleans them up a little more.
