As title states, who do you guys recommend for a rebuild. Ive got a two year old manual steering box from Tom's that has crapped out. Seem like lately, that has been the life span of a lot of the parts I have installed in the '71.

Thanks,

You rebuild it by sending it to the smelter and having it come back as a new one in a KIA.

Why do you want to keep manual steering? That was the first thing that I "fixed" on our 71. It makes it so much easier to drive and maneuver around parking lots or trails or backing up a trailer, ect.

It's not that hard to swap over to power steering and it's way worth it.
