My speedo needle jumps all around until about 30 mph where it starts to read accurately. I have replaced cable and gear in Tcase. Does the cluster need to be rebuilt? Is there a kit out there for this? Thanks.

I put a little graphite in the cable, smoothed mine right out.

Had the same issue, and used some graphite bike chain lube on the cable and it stopped the bounce. It took a few miles for the lubrication to work its way down the cable, but it did cure it.

Having the same issue. Just squirted some Honda graphite chain lube down mine, I'll report back if it fixed it.

Mine jumps all over the place all the time.(when its moving) I put on a new cable. You think it just needs to be lubed? I'll give it a try.
