I originally wanted my EB to be midnight blue, but the wife wanted yellow with black stripes. We saw this and were sold on the color scheme, so ours loks similar. I'm not sure who owns it, but I'd like to have more pics of it.

Your '66 and the blue '77 are gorgeous too, orange is just my favorite color.

Even tho it had a chev motor and is now dead. Lol it went from this to green and on 54's but I like it with the 43's*

But out of all the broncos out there this is my #1 that I hope to own one day. *

[Stroppe-Envy-77]

While not technically "correct," the '73 Stroppe Baja on the right is the nicest one I've ever seen in person. It belonged to the son of the guy who owned mine, once part of his collection before he passed away.

They had restored the Baja as a father-son project some years earlier, and when I went to pick mine up I was given a little tour in the guy's garage. It had some non-stock features like air conditioning, carpeting and other interior upgrades, and those gorgeous and rare Alcoa / Mickey Thompson wheels. Every little detail was just perfect, including a very high-quality paint job.

A few years ago it was actually for sale, but I hesitated a little too long, and apparently it went to a collector in Japan. Definitely the "one that got away."
