No pictures but replaced my turn signal switch to get the rear passenger brake/turn signal working again. Some bonehead (me) left the wiring a little too close to the exhaust and it melted to it grounding out and burned out the switch that was working perfectly fine for 51 years....

Rear axle shaft repair sleeve

Installed new repair sleeves on my stock 28 spline rear axle shafts. You don't have to replace these after all in my humble opinion.

Ahhh
I just saw your repair thread. Kinda cool Nice skill to get it done. I used a sleeve to combat a rear main oil seal leak before

Started pulling trans. Every thing out of the way. I still have to unbolt bell housing and cross member. I have had success working the whole unit back tell the cross member clears the frame tabs then let the whole thing down.

Said fk it and now loaded on trailer, Cover over it cause the rain move din.

Figure out what's wrong with it Monday down in Hot Springs :D

Where did you mount the hi-lift. Not true if no pictures!

Didn't do much. Picked up the "right" tranny filter. Then cleaned the pan, painted the bottom of it the pan, the fill tube, and top of dip stick.
