I believe clarrance still has it, but I'm not sure. I have pictures of the engine bay and rear vent arrangement but I don't see the link to upload them to this post.

As already mentioned, the block will go on the frame under the master cylinder area. The tab on your block's mounting bracket will go into a hole that's in the frame, and the mounting bolt will go through the bracket hole into a threaded hole in the frame.
I believe Bronconaz is correct. I put that same stainless kit on a '74 I had a couple of years ago and if I recall correctly it does go from the block to the flex line for the front axle.
