NV3500 swap. How are your shifter boots setup?

I am pretty sure this is the one I used. https://www.4wheelparts.com/p/crown-automotive-shifter-boot-5752141/_/R-BKMN-5752141

For soft top owners, how effective is A/C

I have the BC top and AC. With the AC vents pointed at the driver and passenger we are pretty cool, the back seat is toasty. In retrospect the AC was a waste for us. We rarely run with the sides on. It is a family rig, so the kids would be too uncomfortable with the sides on with AC on a hot...

    Where would you live??

I came to Tennessee about 15 years ago and can’t imagine leaving. I am currently in the Nashville area but would love to retire to the Townsend area. Interestingly, Townsend is where the Bronco Super Celebration is. I got to know this area when we worked on the Foothills Parkway expansion...

Cost Effective Way to go Down to a < 2.5" Lift?

I have a new set of stock height WH front springs you can have if you want them. I may still have the stock height C bushings too. I ordered stock height and decided to go up to 2.5". As others have said depending what was done to the back end you may be able to remove blocks, leaf etc. to...

BC Top windows, how you store them when not in use?

A king size sheet is perfect to layer the two sides and the back with a layer of sheet between each. I then roll all three up at once and store them in a large duffel bag.

Nashville Early Bronco meet up - June 3rd

I will be there at 8 when it starts. The site says cars that are being shown should be parked in the green area. Where would be a good spot for us to park?

BC Bronco Top at the Townsend Celebration

Bronco Loco is correct. No snaps drilled in the quarters, all snaps are in the frame itself. You screw a metal edge to the inside of the tailgate that the bottom of the back panel attaches to with Velcro. Maybe 6 screws of so into the tailgate if I remember correctly. The frame attaches to...

Bronco Super Celebration 11, Townsend, Tennessee

Tuckaleechee Caverns is worth a stop and is real close. Taking a little ride along the Foothills Parkway is nice. There is a good amount of hiking around.

    raptor liner and heat resistance

I have raptor on the underside and inside of my tub. I have shorty headers with a typical dual exhaust and a 1” body lift. I have no heat blocker on any of the exhaust. I ran this way for at least 6 months or so. The floor did get hot enough that I ended up putting generic dynamat in the...

    Information overload

Another option is Affordable Fuel Injection. It is a Chevy TBI so parts are available local. You give them your engine specs and they reprogram the computer. It is OBD1 so you can use a paperclip and count flashes to read the error codes. I used this due to the simplicity of install and so I...

College Essay - Resurgence of Bronco Popularity

Cool topic, must be a fun class. I think the prevalence of classic car centered television shows have caused an overall increase in interest in classic cars in the population at large. I am not sure what exactly is driving the interest in Broncos specifically. I suspect it is a combination...

    Interior 1/4 trim panels

I have the ones for the soft top, Tom's if I remember correctly. I used a strong Velcro and they hold just fine with or without the top on.
