So clamping off the return line would simulate the regulator closing and not bleeding off the pressure?
Would the regulator be bad or out of adjustment?
Tank is grounded at the frame with a large ground strap. Frame is clean and well grounded.
How long do the lines have to hold pressure? And is any bleed off ok? I will check when I get the tank back in tomorrow.

Looking to replace my EFI fuel filter from the BC Broncos deluxe fuel line kit. I usually just go in and ask for a stock part of a 1992 mustang. But the fuel filters are not the same and BC is not open on the weekends. Anyone have a replacement fuel filter number?
Just re-read through my RJM instruction manual. Under the parts number section it states to replace the TFI and PIP at the same time. Is this nessicary?
The distributor was original from a 1992 mustang 5.0, if I remember correctly it was automatic. If I could find a new Motorcraft distributor I would just replace the whole thing. I have had bad luck with part store distributors and I have heard bad things about the MSD units. So I wanted to...
Looking into getting a new TFI module as it is one of the last EFI sensors I have not swapped for new Motorcraft. I came across two different part numbers at Rock Auto. One for an automatic and one for a 5-speed.
Automatic Transmission- DY1076
Standard Transmission- DY1074
They are close in...
Looks like you have the original rubber mat with Bronco logo on it. I would take that out for the Alaskan winter and clean it up. The mat will hold any kind of moisture or condensation in the cab. I learned this the hard way my first AK winter. After putting new seals in the Bronco, I was...
Looks Good! I found my 77 at the Anchorage airport. It plowed the airport in its previous life. I daily drove my 77 the whole time I was in Anchorage. Get it running right and catch up on the maintenance and it will get you anywhere you want in AK. For the winter you are going to need a new...
