Thanks for the responses, now I know. IMHO the cutout ones look much better but it would be tough to do on a pristine original.

Newby here, but I'm looking to buy a classic Bronco. I see many advertised as uncut and I assume this refers to the rear wheel cutouts, but what I can't figure out is this feature (uncut) is dependent on a particular year or model. It can't be that all the full cutout wheelwells I see are custom...
