with everything right,13.5volts with engine running.so that is what you should see at ivr.here are some specs:all wires removed from gauge 10-14 ohms across gauge.gauge range is 10 ohms full,73 ohms empty.also to test ivr,leave power connected,connect a test lite to ivr output.if lite flashes...

if that engine is stock,torque rockers to 18-22 ft lbs.they are a positive stop type.read rocker specs for roller tip as they may have to be set different.

3b just drives the relays.most relay's only draw an amp maybe.

be carful that is I belive is a federal safety issue.it was required to be there.

if you like to tinker,get a headlight sw.put power to it,connect leds to the rheostat for dash lites.adjust brightness to suit you.remove power from sw and measure resistance of rheostat.get a resistor of that value connect in series.get a 5-10 watt resistor.you may have to put resistors in...

vacume leaks usually get high idle.still need to fix those.like I said,you need to adjust carb.when you pull choke out,there is a high idle cam thet steps up the idle.your curb idle needs set also.see post two.
