spool it, I ran a spool for years back in the late 90s. It chirps around u-turns, but guess what, so does a detroit. If you want a cheap fix do it. Sure you might break an axle. spend the 50 bucks, get a mini spool and then save up for a better rear with 31 splines and locker of choice...

seriously, run that bad boy. I guess you have never seen a piston with pre-ignition problems. That piston will have no problems.

I had it bad once. I was driving the bronco home from the shop and it was dark out and all the street lights had really big halos around them. Maybe they were angels :) Nothing like feeling like you have sand in your eyes all the time.

If you have a mushy pedal what you should be concerned with is the bore diameter of the master. It sounds to me like it isnt pushing the amount of fluid you need.

I had those headers on my first bronco. That header splits into two. The cut in the flange splits as does where the 2 pipes slip in.

I have my second hobart handler 180 and I love it. For working on my truck, its never underpowered. I run 75/25 in it and it welds great.

I had to put the bronco sending units back in for use with the 5.0 for both water and oil. Im planning on ditching the old unit this summer so I will use the gauges supplied.

Yeah it looks very low. You want the angle to match your drag link and from the last picture the trac bar looks to be muck more horizontal then the drag link. Looks to be in for lots of bump steer. Keep on eye on that bracket, with that much hanging off the frame there is alot of leverage...
