Start the restoration or just sell it as...

Thanks for the input, that is how I was leaning. I figured I could probably buy a driver for a lot less than this project would cost....plus the time. I basically got the rig for next to nothing, the 66 model was appealing but there's just so much work to be done.

No, these are recent pictures. The PO had started to take apart so the rest is in the rear of the truck.

Hey Folks, Been away for awhile but back for some input. I just picked up a 1966 Bronco, the owner was going to fix it up for his grandson but after looking at the cost he declined. I made him an offer and to my surprise he took it....so here I am with this major project and some decisions to...

Pity party and whining are over...Just going to dive in (feet first)

Thanks, I was definitely going this route still trying to find out what cam I have. I haven't pulled the distributor yet so not sure which HEI to purchase. The dash pull is to fix/repair the wires in back and just make sure everything is sound behind the dash, also maybe upgrade a few things...

Pity party and whining are over...Just going to dive in (feet first)

Thanks guys, I'm out here early this morning, hopefully this will be out by noon. I also just learned the value of "advanced search" that helped a lot. Before I was getting so many threads with just the words in the post and now I've got it narrowed down. I did make a bezel tool, but some of...

Pity party and whining are over...Just going to dive in (feet first)

Ok, I was pissed last week at the EB and threw it up on the classifieds, no real serious interest so I pulled the ad (well, couldn't pull it but I edited it so that it's not for sale anymore). I had a very frustrating week and just gave up, but back on planet Earth and ready to get this @#$@$...

    TN 1971 Ford Bronco

Here's a few pictures folks have requested. I also have several folks that have offered to take it in and fix, so I'm going to leave it posted for sale thru the weekend and then probably pull it if it hasn't been sold. Also, in regards to some other questions please keep in mind this is not a...

    TN 1971 Ford Bronco

Thanks Jeff, I appreciate the words of advice. I haven't been able to find any specialist near me that want to dig into the electrical. It's more than likely something simple but who knows, and it drives me crazy to see it just sit in the garage. Can you can tell I'm not a used car...

Save me $3,000 or help me push my Bronco over a cliff....

I'm measuring the + side of the coil with a ground on the negative battery post. How would I measure from the harness to the coil? Thanks for the input....just buy it from me and end my pain.
