I got some seats on our local Marketplace for free.
They were out from a van. Freedman Seating Co.

I figured I could use them in the bronco. It needed some modifications to the brackets and I got them to work..

I like what you did with that. Pretty versatile. Do you know what make, model and year the van was?

no prices w/o a post to them 1st.
Glad it was not too hi when double folded.
I might have some kinds box for it when vertical like that.
My rig may be among the less recreational & more ofa working
lill guy. I’d make up a ‘bag’ from Joann Fabric -30* marine fabric (car
seat upholstery) ora tin box stored under the seat? in garage... sompin like
that there maybe, not. Almost hafta get it free too as I (almost) never carry 4.
Usually not more’n me... I can C it ina subie BRAT ‘backwards style IF folding up
onto driver’s side. (Dont wanna catch anything while up/off roading). Have Fun !

Thnx 4 da share - is above Chat what the bump is 4?
/OR/
U got sompin Technical?

cabt see much there, ‘so Kay.

“...fold up to each side individually..."
‘50s/60s Rovers (great rigs as they were all alu) had similar (over each wheel well in back). I think
U may have been able to sit 2 each side, (face to face w/the cross mates) as I seem to remember
when car pooling to school w/a neighbor
Scout 80/800 too?

Wear a helmet... I've ridden in them and it is next to impossible to keep your head from hitting the side windows when sitting on those sideways facing seats. From a safety standpoint I would never install or let anyone sit in Rover style rear seats. I'll do a lot of crazy :) stuff but ...

Yup, I remember those in the back in the '60s in my uncles Land Cruiser. As kids we would ride in the back to the trail then get out and hike it rather than ride on those seats!

gotcha. I know the land rover and land cruisers are different. The rear seat "styles" were the same though and that's what I was referring to. The folding thin seats on the wheel wells. No fun bouncin' round back there!

A seat out of early 2000 jeeps fold half way or all the way to the drivers back and look good.
